wow! they look cool! in my opinion, there is a little to much lightning for my taste (but it looks really cool!). I'm very impressed at the decals! they arnt the easiest things to put on a space marine! any special way to do it or just as gw suggest? well done!

You'll need a VERY fine brush for the lightning.
I used enchanted blue for the base of the lightning streaks, dot them on either end of where you want the lightning to go.
When dry use the same colour to create the basic shape and when it's dry fill it with ice blue or equiv, make sure you don't totally cover the base colour or it won't look good.
Highlight with skull white to finish.

The trick is to make sure that each paint colour is as thin as skimmed milk you can never have paint that's TOO thin
