Thrudball 2011 6-7th August Bognor Regis

only 8 weeks to thrudball and we still need:

1) BRGA attendees to pay their ticket fees; not only do we need to confirm numbers to and pay the caterers, we need to finance the Red Thrud Block dice (who wants a set?) and vinyl thrudboards (which will have a nearly naked fantasy lady on them, courtesy of Matt Dixon ...see www.mattdixon.co.uk for samples of his tasty art)

2) 2 volunteers willing to attempt improvised comedy (based on "whos line is it anyway?") in front of a room full of bloodbowlers (witty extroverts? cannot think of ANYONE in our club...) Hopefully the club will nominate the two funniest guys, who will then man up to the task for the sake of everybodies entertainment.

3) a (New) Bush Tuckerer: we need a new face at the Bush Tucker table, hopefully someone who really doesn't want to do it (as then they will get sponsored LOADS by everyone so they cannot chicken out)...

4) a nominee for the Most Thrudlike Competition, a talent contest consisting of 5 challenges, one of which is telling your most embarrassing/funny and therefore Thrudlike story...

5) a Pro Painter who can Pro paint an orc team donation in less than 8 weeks.

6) someone who can source a paintball gun and paintballs to shoot at me!!

C'mon guys, Thrudball needs YOU!!!!

It's the SECOND weekend in August, 11th-12th.

HOpefully if an raise about £2500 in sponsorship from companies in the gaming indusatry, we'll also hold a sponsored "It's a knockout" tournament (as in the Tv Series) on Friday 10th August. Still all TBC, so only tentatively book off friday for now...
