Having previously attended or been in contact with Bracknell Forest Gamers regarding one of their events, we are able to offer notify you of our annual Warhammer doubles event for the 18th February 2012

I would but I take it the army's need to be painted and I prob can't use my dark angels

well, it means you HAVE to take a tactical squad as a troops choice, and you can't take Deathwing. other than that it is only 500 points, the rules kinda suck for Dark Angels in that respect.

the rules seem strict, but these are the old combat patrol rules, though I dont see why they can use the GW doubles rules that are available.

standard force organisation but if you want a second elites, fast attack, or heavy support, you must take at least one of the other choices first eg.: two chaos marine players together want to take a unit of chosen and a unit of possessed (both elite choices) therefore would have to take a fast attack and a heavy support choice to be able to take the second elites choice. Other than that you need 1 hq and minimum 2 troops (1 each)

personally I prefer the Games Workshop doubles rules but I think it would be interesting to see what combos you could come up with.
