Which types of board do we want?

Greetings all
After discussion with Frank with have negotiated funds to create some new boards. these will take the form of 2'x 4' MDF,which then can be used to make 6' X 4' tables or larger. Our (Elvis and I) initial ideas include theming the boards around common archetypes such as winter/desert/jungle/swamp etc. Alongside this I propose that we create scenery: 8-10 pieces per board to co-inside with each board ie swamp terrain set etc. of course there will be cross overs to various sets. I want to keep them reasonably generic at first to accomadate fantasy games, warmachine etc.
To this end, I am looking for a group of die hard terrain builders to help us in this noble effort. I thought we could make a day of it- assemble lines for terrain pieces etc, paiting of boards. I thoguht that we would make 5 boards at first, with approx 40 terrain pieces- dont worry I have costed this and its cheaper than you think
. They can then be painted with basic techniques.
So sign up today- we can then form a commitee to plan out the scenery pieces in order to make them a lot quicker on the day of construction

Thanks Charlie, not sure of dates yet. Depends on when we get the club funds and how long it takes us to source the materials. Anyone who can help in that regard would be good to hear from, espicially MDF sheets snd pink or blue high density polystytrene sheets. Those are the main too, I know of places to appropriate the other materials at a resonable cost.

nothing is wetter nothing is better if that gets top marks i wont be at club as steve will have killed me for making that a choice nice

im more than up for helping just to warn you my artistic skills arnt the best but give me a date and time and im there
and just think once we get these boards done we can start making more use of the 40k addons like Cities of death, planet strike and battle missions
