Step forword warriors and set foot into the arena

As some of you may or may not know the club has been running for a year somebody was moaning along the lines of they put so much money into coming to club and have nothing to show for it. I for one have had a great year i have made some very good friends some are at club and some are no longer ( to those that are not you are missed please come back). we have laughed so hard imy head hurts and we have all moaned like old woman but i have loved every second. Thank you for making 40k so easy for me to run long live it.

so after that display of uber gooeyness over i call for blood muhahahhah.

not this tuesday but next provided we can get everyone down i say we give brga a birthday to remember.

as from the title i call for a hq tourney one arena and as many members as we can get even you peeps who dont play i can supply alot of hqs to be used.

there will be a first round of 1 v 1 the i will make up a mixture of diff game types picked at random as i will be taking part. eg capture the flag king of the hill team deathmatch etc.

i will email some ppl see if i can get us some prizes ill give them some bull if frank could do the same.

but its all on you guys anyone up for it.

rules 170pts limit inc upgrades no points over if your under by any number of points ill knock up some sort of underdog bonus points. it will run as follows both chars will move shoot etc at the same time there will be no extra attack for the charge as it will count as both charging at the same time but things like furious charge etc will still count for the first round. bonus will be lost after that fight eg pain tokens will not carry over. game will last 5 turns or untill the other player dies.

i am working on the arena fingers crossed i can get it painted by then may need steves help.

One single hq ic no body guards etc 170 pts and yes it stops you taking him tom but also stops me taking abbadon

I was thinking something similar. That or an Ancient Haemonculus with shatter shard. Minimum result = 1 in 6 chance to remove you from the board.

Yeah but 5 in 6 times you'll be in CC and die...

The other guy has all attacks PW instant death (wounds on 5+) and some extra PW attacks if it doesn't work, then a 2+ inv save if it still doesn't quite kill his opponent

Why Huskblade and Djin blade? You don't get the two bonus attacks.

Ah yeah it's in the FAQ... Dammit... Well, without the Djinn Blade you only instantly kills now, no more extra PW attacks At least he'll get some underdog points as he's now only 150 points

if were playing look at my HQ how about runepriest, terminator Armour, wolftooth necklace, wolf tail talisman, chooser of the slain, saga of the beast slayer and still under points. but i think comedy hq alot better so i will save you from the onslaught my rune priest would bring and instead im thinking wolfguard battle leader, thunderwolf mount, wolf claw, storm shield, wolf tail talisman

as i said one single ic hq no tanks, if you wish to use imp armour i will have to be emailed first as unless i dont see that its massivly over powered u wont be taking it, keep in mind that ppl will be taking codex hq that cant cause instaant death remove from play etc. it is surposed to be a laugh not see who can kill off the other person quicker otherwise i will take the king of instant death at 110 points then buff him so be gd.


also there seems to be some confusion not sure how. it will play as a norm game of 40k that means u move shoot and assualt not that it starts in assualt and u go at it 5 turn game rules. if eg tau want to jump rnd missile podding u and not assault that is fine
