GW and other paints comparison chart.

As we all know GW has for some times discontinued certain much loved paints: bad moon yellow, pallid flesh, flesh ink etc... well I was googling a substitute for pallid flesh and came across this gem on DakkaDakka forums.

It pretty much covers all GW paints (past and present) and substitute paints from Vallejo/Reaper.

thats fantastic due to warbunka that stocks vallejo paints, and from what i've seen (thanks to tony) are better quantity and quality than gw and for a similar price

All I use is Vallejo, though I could get hold of GW paints I found the Vallejo range better quality, better price and you get more per bottle.

Plus the Vallejo range do their own foundation paints, inks, washes even textures (water, stones, sand, mud rub for tanks etc...)

Vallejo's are superior because not only are their about three different ranges: model which has a HUGE range of colours and game which has the GW alternatives. Air I've not yet tried as I don't have an airbrush.

Another great thing is that the pots are bigger and they contain a nipple which allows more control over how much you can squirt out.

That and I can get them locally for a cheaper price.
