Miniature Problem

I have been given these three identical winged skeleton models by a women we know who was throwing out her sons old toys, and i was thinking of using them with my beast men some how. they are quite large, big enough for a ogre sized base. What can i do with them??? was thinking ofusing them as harpies but they are a bit too big, maybe one can count a 4, since 4 small bases is the same size and one larger one, but i don't know if people will mind?
will post pictures of them if i can, any help would be much appreciated.
