Don't mind for the missions, but as it will have to be fast games, maybe it needs to be kept simple or preprogrammed. Just kill points might be a bit boring, so maybe game 1 crusade, game 2 purge alien, game 3 emperors will. You set objectives on all tables between games, no roll off to speed things up.

I'm not the kind of person to limit options normally (I'm more towards "use anything it'll make the game funnier"), but banning flyers might be a good idea as currently most armies can't deal with them effectively, and at such a low point level the handicap is massive. I know not many people have flyers, but it makes the advantage towards those that have them even bigger.

Fortifications wouldn't be an issue though.

I think in the book only scoring units can carry the relic; but nothing stops us to change the rules a bit. Everyone will be a bit low on troops so everyone scoring might be good for the tourney. Relic sounds brilliant; probably all scenarios from the book would be good.

What were the scenarios at the adepticon?

It was kp with objectives or kp per person killed somthing like that. Ok how bout 6 games with all 6 types from the book. Anything inFantry can hold and claim objectives no flyers or any tanks with more than 11 front armour

That'd be brilliant, I hope we can fit 6 games in.

Can't really pronounce on all infantry only scoring (might need tweaking if someone wants to play Eldar jetbikes for example); but I honestly don't think it will matter, we can just use your rules and when you see the lists it will still be time to adapt the rules if needed or if they're unfair for some armies.
