At the AGM we (stuff in RED is still not 100% sorted / to do) :
1)revoted in the Club Committee:

Membership Secretary           (Ryan Hodgetts AKA RemoteRyan),
Quarter Master*                      (Sam Trotter AKA 40k-all-the-way AKA samtrotter1234)

Quarter Master Responsibilities*:

• Cupboard Management - Control all stock coming in & out of Cupboard.
  
• ALL Club Assets Stock Checked.
  
• Register / Number and evaluate condition.
  
• Manage the Book of Lending
  
• Improve Current Storage.
  
• Prepare for Open Day & Cupboard Move Day
  

2) declared profit & how much we raised for charity;
BRGA £171.71, we keep 10% 45% RCLCF, 45% FPFC.  Paid 2014-15 PLI & Web Hosting first. 
Hence Thrudball raised £3843.88 For Roy Castle (plus £400 ish by Glowworm, Dinosaur-Onesie wearing)

3)revised Annual Memberships:
BRGA's £5 Annual Membership is to be Waived.
Sadly now All BRGANs MUST pay Newtown Membership End March: £12 for Over 18's, £8 for 12-17
Will try to negotiate £7 (if we advertise newtown site on our BRGAshirts?)
In exchange the Newtown will give us a permanent home (with our own DRY Storage).
New Dry Store In the Back Hall, to be built & Refurbished BEFORE the Kitchen. We will offer help

4) LOWER our weekly fee by 50p/week to Match BRMM & WG Club.
Over 18's = £2/session (Members), £6 non Members (MUST become a member on your second Visit).
12-17's = £1 /session (Members), £4 non Members (MUST become a member on your second Visit).
50p spectator Fee Remains ONCE membership has been paid.

5) Hold an Open Day - 11/05/14, 10am - 10pm.
300-500 Fliers - Mike Jupp to print off some, me balance. WW & BRMM&WG CLubs  invited.

6) voted NOT to accept the Small Hall again, apart from Unplanned Double bookings by Bar Staff (I.E. only if hall is FREE). We would all rather just skip a week or three...

7) discussed Web Related issues. Need to:
Upgrade the Websites,
improve usage of the B.R.G.A. Facebook Page, 
USE THE FORUM meanwhile - I am now a FULL ADMIN, Ask me if you want ANYTHING changed on warbunka).

Whatsapp is great for organising Last Minute Games on Tuesday, but should NOT be used for:

• buying / selling mini's
  
• Tournament Battle and League Match Organisation
  
• Idle Banter
  

(otherwise it drains your mobile battery). 
 
I asked for help with Spam Filtering (Thrudball site ) and amalgamating the forum and bognorgaming website, longer term, (Jim Turner's mate coming next week, can help?)
Can anyone do Databasing, Newsletters, Auto-Reply to Reservations?

8)Voted that BRGA Shirt wearers at club are allowed one FREE bonus Reroll a night.
