The only limit I said was on things from the impiral armour book as long as it codex legel and follows the 170 point rules take what u like

A Tau commander can take Drones as combat gear, would this be acceptable in this tourney or would we count them as other units?

I think the idea is single HQ, like he's gonna start alone... Shame I would have had a CCS with Nork But are Tervigon okay to produce Termagants during the game? Chaos to summon a Spawn? Parasite and Rippers?

Yes to pom and spawns if it's not one on one as u have to kill sumbody to get rippers and spawn kills somebody no to the tervigon unless maybe if the tervigon dies game ends
