Memberships 2011-12

Afraid it's that time of the year again...

As you will recall our memberships currently run 12 months from the date you initially paid...

Richard has suggested it would be a LOT easier administerially if we collected all Memberships for an entire year in one month. And he's right.

Basically what we're proposing is to charge the usual fee of £5 (minus £1.25 / quarter if you became a member in later quarters) plus £1.25 to cover the quarter to end August[which is when the PLI is due].

We will allow members until the end of August to get their memberships in, i.e. August would always be "Memberships Month".

So if you became a member when we opened 01/06/10-31/08/10 you would pay £6.25 to cover June-Sept 2011 plus a year to cover till end sept 2012. This is most of us...me included!

If you joined 01/09/10-30/11/10 you'd pay £5. Sam Pollard, Aaron.

If you joined 1/12/10-28/02/11 you'd pay £3.75. Martin Garrigan

If you joined 1/3/11-31/05/11 you'd pay £2.50. Richard Billingshurst, Steffan Harvey, Chris Pierce, the McElligotts, Mark Day.

If you joined 1/6/11-31/08/11 you'd pay £1.25 + £5 anyway

Then from Sept 2012, everyone pays £5 in the month of August, new members pay £5 whenever they join taking them up to the following August.

So far Charlie, Chris and Richard Bryant have paid memberships for 2011-12...We will let existing members still pay £2.50 up till end August, after which time they will have to pay membership to avoid the £3.50 a week Non-Member fee.
