Sure, no probs. I have made a 2000 (well 1986) point army.
Also i have created a special character with his own rule using a warplock engineer model. We dont have to use the rule just felt like sharing it.
His Name= Zapmage the Mad (Level one wizard)
Wargear= Warplock Pistol, Warpstone armour, Portents of Verminous Doom.
Rule= Absolutely BONKERS!
Zapmage is Crazier than a drunk squig high on mushrooms. Every time he fells the winds of magic he Super charges warpstone using warplighting in a attempt to change the winds for his benefit. Some times he succeeds but other times his compete madness takes control and he over does it.
When activated, make a leadership test. If successful add D6 power dice to your dice poll. If failed than roll on the mishap table and hope the horned rat is watching over you
MISHAP TABLE
1- Zapmage is so obsessive over his madness that he forgets to charge his be-loved warpstone. Nothing happens
2- Zapmage fires his warplighting but misses the stone and hits himself. Zapmage loses a wound
3,4- Once again, Zapmage's madness take control and he goes WAY over the top. Everyone 24" around Zapmage, including himself, suffer a Strength 3 hit counted as a warstone weapon attack.
5- While in the charge process, Zapmage sees the enemy wizard talking with the enemy general. For some reason Zapmage sees this as a sign of mockery and herls the warpstone at the enemy wizard. The effect is not what he was hoping for. The enemy gets D6 dispel dice and D6 power dice the next magic phase, also this rule can not be used your next magic as Zapmage try's to look for more warpstone.
6- Zapmage super charges the warpstone using super charge warplighting after eating a super charged warp token! Add 2D6 power dice to your dice pool. How ever the enemy may chose any core choice and take away twice as many shown on the in wounds.
