Necomunda New Year?

Hi all, if anyone is interested in playing Necromunda I was thinking of starting a campaign league table maybe in the new year as to give those interested time to get a gang (and paint it) read rules and play test etc..

Played Orlock before... I like the Spyre gang but it does look like it can be hard work to play with.

Good thing as well their is loads of alternative gangster sci fi models out their for even cheaper.

If we are doing a 1000 credits then I think I am going to go for a Spyre gang hunt team

Thanks for the interest guys, looks like we have 7 posible gangs speaking to other members! which is a good number.

Just to let you know Spyer teams and Enforcers wont be able to chart on the gang leader board as it wouldnt make sence that they are trying to be top dog of the underhive. But they will make for great games to scupper the gangs and fun to play with.

Anyway, feel free to play with as many gangs as you like as the rankings will prob be based on total gang rating divided by games played, minimum of 5 games perhaps to get a ranking, that way you can play 5 games or 50 and it should work out ok?

I will be Rocking a Cawdor Gang My elf, and possible Spyer team. Mwah ha ha!

Do we need a gang rooster done before we play, like can i do mine now??

Yeah you'll need a complete gang rosta for the league but I wouldn't worry to much for play test games

The Underhive is nearly ready and will hopefully be ready for an exhibition game by the end of the Month, If any one wants to partake let me know. Feel free to bring your own gang if you have one or use mine. I'm hoping to bring a few with me for the trial game.

I was wondering if it would be ok to use SoB as a proxy for Arbites? looked at the rules for the arbites and the only difference is the armor, which i am more than happy to use as a 4+! I have all the models bar a cyber mastiff, which i might make one myself (or an arco-flagellant!)

I dont have the cash to buy a team, or the patience to make one, so I though this was a good alternative!

Yeah why not, I was thinking of using some old cadians using the arbites rules but using them as Necromunda PDF (planetary defence force). Give them a try on a sample game

Work starts on gang painting this week. Plus I've done the rosta for it too Frank.

If anyone wants a gang to use for the campaign I've got a 5 man spyer team and rosta and an 8 man goliath gang and rosta ready to go. Plus ratskin hired guns to use!
