Ok, but should we BOTH play BOTH sides TOGETHER?

I find this the best way to learn / teach Bloodbowl as opposed to a competitive game (where I might be tempted NOT to point out stuff you need to know)...

Also then if you thrash me it won't hurt my pride so much!

Alternatively you could just receive a straight 6-0 SPANKING like Mike got last night? I'm still warming my hands on the glow emitting from his backside...chuckle!

I'm doing Call of Cthulhu next week, but the following week I'm up for more "Bloodbowlness"...

erm can do i should have a few games under my belt how about we have a standard match first half then if u feel its nbeed we can break the second half into to we both play each teamn

Hi frank I was wondering if you are going to do tournaments next year?
Could be good to run one on a Saturday with an award/ prize for the winner. And a one off free to raise money for your charity.

Also an Apoc day would be nice.
We have found so long as both sides have the same number of people and around the same points it works out ok though it helps if people are encourages to stay in there area but have the option to effect the people around them. (We did this by having it so only people who started on that table could contest/clame objectives)
We only did a little one mind (3 a side on a 12x4 table) but 2000 points of what ever you wanted with a max of 1 super heavy per person (not that we took any in the end)worked well for us.

And agene you can do it at the weekend and charge to raze more money for charity.

I like the idea but we do not have anyone at present to run the 40k side of things.

Until that changes I don't think this is possible.

But running a 40k tournament was always an objective of mine when I envisioned the club.

Our club used to but then Brighton warlords took over from us.

I would say I could help but getting the time to get over to you chaps is remarkably annoying to find

I hope so I would love to take part in one agene. Most of them now a days seem to be 2 day events and I just don’t have time for that what with work and family commitments.

Got a warp hunter for my birthday so I really should do my best to get down and give it a spin at some point soon =D

Hey didn't know where to say hi so i thought i would post it here. I am looking to join brga at some point over summer when i can finally get evenings off work!! I only have Warhammer 40k models some marines and dark eldar I enjoy painting the model but have never played the game and have recently decided that if i'm spending the money I might as well get everything out of the money i'm spending (and also i need somewhere to escape from work). So hello nice to meet you guys!

I've got some pictures of my models i may post at some point because it'd be nice to get some feedback seeing as i don't know anyone else who does any form of modelling!

Look forward to seeing your models on the battle field, good time to start with everyone getting their heads around new 6th edition 40k

Lots of other game systems played at the club too, mostly GW. So if anything else takes your fancy plenty to get stuck into. Lots of friendly matches to be played on regular basis plus mini tournaments played through out the year.

Used to play way back and started again a few months back. Have only played my my older brother and a friend of mine (think he has attended an evening or two).

I play 40k Orks.
Still plenty to paint up though!

Thanks Guys. I'm not an amazing painter and get very little time so the stuff I have painted is a bit on the low quality side. Most of them have blank bases.

Also after the Olympics are over I am planning on offering my services to paint for people………. For a fee of course =D

Not me. I haven't met any other gamers yet excluding my Brother (over Havant way) and my mate Paul who I think has been along a few times. He plays Imperial Fists and Orks.
