Hey Elvis, Russell, was it a draw or a minor win to me? I cannot remember. I remember the result being a draw, I cannot remember why. Didn't I have a raider contesting your point? Or did that die as well?

i believe it was a draw as niether side held an objective, unfortunately the game was half of wat it should be cos some tubby fantasy boy feeels his opinion is relevant to the game. but in the end draw feels fair both sides got srewed cos of incosistency in wat we thought rules were, just beware the planet strike ur ass is mine.

If people have doubts with rules during a game, the best thing is to ask a third party when the question is raised; there are a few guys including Steve, me also, that know most of the rules, and if unclear, know where to look in the rule book. Games might take a little longer this way, but will more consistent as you say.

that was the problom i got the rules right and outside ppl got involved and got the rules wrong. unless asked keep you nose out or show me the page in the rule book as all off u that got involved fucked the game up

But come on they still dnt get they were the reason the game was ruined the game was played buy the rules unroll the last two turns when the non players got involved and they are still blind to it

Alright, I realise I shouldn't have talked that much towards the end of your game, I apologise for that. Just wanted to see the rules right. Won't do it again but no point being that aggressive, it's only a game guys.

After two and a half turns of blood we declared it a draw. What a glorious battle!

After a long and bloody, oily game it appears the emperor's finest are succesful once more!
it was a simple kill point pitched battle, but I came out the victor. 9 kill points to Russ's 3.
The deployment left little to work with as I didnt have alot to start with, and russ had ALOT more men than I did... though 2 of my units succumbed to the red thirst: a 5 man tactical squad and my 10 man assault squad. unfortunately for russ this ment that pretty much all of my army had furious charge and ether fearless or feel no pain... in the opening moments of the game the deffcoptas scouted dangerously close to my flank looking straight at my assault squad, then the unthinkable happend, those krafty orks stole the initiative catching my marines of guard, the first turn for russ looked good with alot of his shooting hitting their marks, and felling a terminator! as well as a few others! the deffcoptas roamed even closer just to try to squeeze off a few rounds into my assault marines, which unfortunately for russ, just bounced off my power armour. Then my retrubtion came swift and strong, my drop pod landed exactly where it needed to bringing with it my sternguard vets, and a priest, whom subsequently shot his lootas into the ground, then my assault marines chopped his deffcoptas to bits in assault... then it was pretty much downhill from there for russ, as whatever he tried my marines were just faster and better equiped for the job... a well faught game by russ though who didnt want to just give up against the overwhelming odds! well done!

its a shame when the result of a game is obivous within a the first few turns! the large game i was envoved in was very enjoyable and would of been more enjoyable if my peanut butter sandwich of a lascannon had of destroyed elvis' rhino full of lesser daemons! i'm sticking with my DA space marines untill i come up with a winning formular but am enjoying modeling my chaos stuff! i'm currently working on a defiler and a terminator squad with 4 reaper autocannons! just off to gamesworksho to get some noisemarines as my chaos army lacks assault firepower! i may play them tuseday with some havocs

lol yep by too much sider lol but i dont mind was the sort of thrilling game i missed aving were its a good fight and such and was same this week with evils

erm draw between me and steve thou i was hanging on for dear life lol god damn tanks 14 all round grrrr lol oh ill get it next time and steve found out that thing about melee combat if say i charge a sqaud ot u on those moddels within 2 inc of models that touch an openents model fight for the 1st round of melee combat only after this lot is done do we then pile in least thats wat a little tab in back couple of pages in rule book says please check it i may be wrong but does make some sense
