Small Hall Dates 2012 & 2013...so far

Chaps,
We are in the small hall:

11th & 18th December 2012
19th and 26th February 2013
23rd & 30th April 2013

Please iron these dates into your underpants. Also, whilst this is unfortunately going to continue to happen until we're a 50+ strong group (i.e. indefinately), I've managed to at least get Richard Reid to promise:

a) I will get 24 hrs notice of these changes from Hayley or whoever is on at the bar, unless the booking comes in on the day:

b) we can, provided we have sufficient numbers guaranteed attending (i.e. 15 or more) make a Firm Booking for the Large Hall when we are holding an important tournament, to GUARANTEE we have the main hall, at no Extra cost (provided we don't do this every week when there's only half a dozen of us here...) Just ask Hayley to put it in the book as MAIN hall, oh and put it on the calendar as a Defo-Main-Hall date. Oh, and get a receipt of the transaction from the bar staff too. Oh, and tell me so I can remind them...

c) they can put us in the snooker room too if we're farmed to the small hall at short notice and there's lots of big games going on, so don't let the small hall put you off...

This means all BRGA members must commit to getting behind our tournaments, and we must co-ordinate dates we can all manage as best we can...hence I'm painting a 40k orc squad (badly)...and will participate in the 40k in 40 minutes tourney (well, someone has gotta come dead last, may as well be me...)

We've got a great forum so lets use it more to minimise disappointment and work around the limitations of our "home" (at least until I win euromillions on Friday and buy you all the gaming hall of your dreams...

I must confess I would love to support you chaps more as I think it is grate you chaps are doing this war gaming for charity
Just a darn shame I have to commute up to London every day.
Must find the energy to pop down and have a few games………………. Not tonight though as I just got my copy of halo 4 lol
