CLUB TERRAIN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Greetings all, after discussion last week with Chris, Andy, Richard B, Ben, Elvis and Frank, its become clear that we all want to re-kindle the current crop of terrain at club. It was suggested that we begin by developing terrain for specific boards-but generic enough to play a variety of sci-fi/fantasy systems. We have the boards-which in some cases need to be 'pimped' but overall we need terrain. It was also suggested that we concentrate on creating scenery for one board at a time-its a lot less daunting.

To that end I'm asking for volunteers to help create the scenery for the first board, it has been suggested that a city fight board for 40k/infinity/MERCS be the first in line. Im hoping that we can create approx 15 pieces of terrain for said board.

I believe we can achieve this goal by dividing up the work so that each volunteer has at most 2 pieces of terrain to create. Frank has agreed that funds from the club can be released for this noble endeavor!
I know that some of us have some club terrain that we have taken to paint- and I want to create a list of this to see what we have.

so in summary:-


1. I need 5 or so DEDICATED volunteers
2. What terrain have you got? -
3. once we know what we have-we can discuss at club on Tuesday the the 12th who in the group wants to paint/create what. And what if any resources for this board we need to get from Frank
4. Once we have divided up the work we create a deadline-to focus our efforts
5. once done we move on to board 2 - a fantasy one

Yo i'm in, i don't have much in the way of scenery but i do have plenty of glue and time to build any unbuilt scenery that is collecting dust ^^.

If there is anything else that needs doing i can always help with other bits aswell

like I'm going to let you guys have all the fun! I'd like to do some of (if not all) of the road sections, just hope my airbrush is up to it

Plus if we hold any events to raise a bit of cash to invest in the club I recommend buying someone their beautiful terrain.

unfortunately, due to technical errors and medical issues, I can't finish the road. I'm going to bring it back to the club this coming tuesday, I'm sorry if this causes unnecessary problems.
