West Meads Venue

Ok west meads has (finally) got back to me and heres the situation: apparently another party asked for the same slot as us (7.30 to 11) but earlier than us. The good news is that they have been out if contact with west meads for awhile and their have one more week to confirm if they don't we get the slot. I'm getting a call in a week to get conformation. All we need to decide is when we wish to move over their if we get it.

Update: West Mead's finally got back to me. Seems their was a hiccup in the fact another member of the board, not the actual letting officer, said another group could use the time-slot we want. Good news is that apparently the time wasn't quite right for them and they haven't been in contact for awhile....so they have given them a week to call back (so this Sunday) and if they don't or they decline then West Mead's is happy to let us have the slot.

Haven't the foggiest about moving the stuff but the consensus on Whatsapp is to move after the Games Day as the halls been booked so we just have to decide if we want to move over on the 2nd of July or the week after (9th)

I can help ferry boards and what not over, Shouldn't be that stressful.  I'm assuming we do have storage then at Westmeads after all.

If we get the time slot when they call next I will confirm if we have storage or not as well as setting the date of our first meeting their.
