There are another 8 places but they can only compete if all 8 places are filled other wise it just wont work. I know there are more 40k players in this club out there!

Ok update

I can do this with either 8,12 or 16 players now, so depends what i get. 8 players will be straght knock out.

With 12 it will go like this

4 groups of 3 players, in each group of three the players they will play each other once. 3pts a win 1pt a draw 0pts a loss and record your total kill points for both games. Top 2 in each group will go through knocking out 1 player in each group leaving 8.

The final 8 will be drawn against each other, 1 game winner goes through. any draws after a game will play extra turns till there is a winner.

then 4 then, then 2 then only 1, plus a 3rd and 4th place play off.

if i get 16 players then each group will have 4 palyers not 3.. simples..

Sorry if you said it before, are we playing one game a week, the three games in an evening, have we got a deadline?

Running it over the month of May, starting on the 1st. It's only 3 games in the group stage, playing everyone in your group once. So really its upto the players to sort the games. Play them as often as you can. Soon as the group stage is over, the final 8 play one game, knockout. Basically it will run until its finished

once we have a deadline for lists id like everybodies so i can check them i will use army builder to make sure they are all legal and print out spares so we dont have any changing lists half way though

That would be cool, thanks mate. Is the 24th of this month enough time for you to check? That's a week before it starts?
