Dropzone commander

when we went up to salute me and the guys saw a preview of this, i Call PHR

I no the guy sat there and made them all himself in a room for 2 years but it's far to expensive makes gw look cheap

Am I the only one that thinks GW isn't too bad price wise. As far as hobbys go it the cheapest one I've done.

It's not the cheapest but u get what u pay for which finecast aside is normally gd

GW its quality stuff, yeah don't get me wrong I've seen the prices shoot up over the years, I've been playing there games since the late 80's but compared to my other hobbys a mortgage bills and cars it ain't so bad.. we all moan and buy more war games rock anywho and once bought the models last for years!

Well now I have shifted my lizards I intend to get some and you can get the stuff for 10% cheaper from online retailers =D
Is anybody else getting some?
And compared to epic they are cheaper, £12 for 3 tiny little falcons or £11 for 3 larger much more detailed tanks.
Another point is unlike epic you don’t need as much stuff to really play the game.

All this is indeed true. But the entry cost into this game is too steep imho, despite the models being amazing looking. Im also lucky enough to have been playing Epic since I was 11 so dont need anymore stuff

So very true, you should see my pre 90's EPIC force apart from the thunder hawk and the Titans, they're new.

I will make a list of what I have =D
A lot of it is still in the original packaging as I never got round to opening it lol

Im particularly partial to any super heavies you might have and revenant titans (especially the new ones).

I don’t have any revenants as I stopped collecting when they released them horrid imperial style ones.
Do have around around 4-5 phantoms and a warlock titan + 4 scorpions and 2 cobras if I remember right =D

just got the rules for DzC and so far very promising
armies to follow soon with a bit of luck.

Well I got my miniatures and they look very nice. my only problem with them is there are a few to many air bubbles for my liking but still better condtion than most of the FW stuff I have gotten over the years……. My lynx was almost bent in all sorts of different directions.

They are going together very well and once you glue them there there is very little hope over ever getting them unstuck lol
Using magnets on the turrets so they can turn but not fall off as well as magnets to stick the PHR forces to the underside of the drop ships =D

Just a little update to show you the progress on my DzC stuff =D

Finally got round to painting some Tuesday night after a few other jobs came first including making a good 20 odd buildings for the system.
