blood bowl practice/lessons

i need a few practice/lesson games before the leeg. have only had one proper game with frank and i have forgotten most of the rules tried the computer game once. any takers?

LOL, im confused i don't mind who i play for a lesson, ill just bring down my team and play who ever is free. Probably frank after he has been pulverized by elvis and it probably says some were, but when do we pay the 10 pounds?
