Army Builder

As Frank said, we could get together and buy a licence for the software. It's £20? So, we all donate a quid to BGRA and we get a licence. Not sure what the copy protection on the software is like... Might be able to talk to some people to make it less... secure. Regardless, thoughts?

I actually have a licence for army builder. It's a great piece of software but the licence only allows you to run it on one computer (It's linked to the hardware somehow). You do get one free extra licence for another machine and you can transfer it to another one if you bought a new PC for example (although only once evrery 4 months). This means we would need some sort of club PC to allow everyone to use it and probably with a printer to make it really useful.

Saying all that it's bloody good if you are a fantasy or 40k player and makes generating army lists very easy. It does rely on users to create the actual files with the army details so there is usually a bit of a delay when a new army book comes out until the fanbase gets it worked into the program.

I may have a solution, I have a crappy laptop that I need to repair... I was going to give it to my partners brother but I think he can't wait for it and is going to buy himself a new one.

If I could donate it to the BRGA how would we store it? I would bring it with me everytime but I am not there every week at the moment.

If any one has any suggestions at all then let me know?
