i've been thinkin (now i know it's dangerous) about funny nid lists that would be annoying as hell to play against and use and my first idea went a little like this,

troops:
30x termagants

30x termagants
1x tervigon w/ catalyst
1x tervigon w/ catalyst

elites:
3x hiveguard
3x hiveguard
3x hiveguard

heavy:
trygon w/ adrenal glands
trygon w/ adrenal glands
trygon w/adrenal glands

all this is yours for a nice point total of......................

not alot really when you consider how many models you have the potential of fielding

p.s i also know that templates would NOT be my best friend if i took a list like this

I would swap one unit of Hive Guards for some Zoans in pod and I would DEFINITELY swap a unit of Termagants for another Tervigon
You now should be around 2.5k

I personnaly think that sadly it's probably the best way to play competitive with Nids. God on, try it, I dare you
