Well as Elvis said, you can cost them individually, so you could do that I guess:

1 Brotherhood Champion, 120 pts = (base cost 100 + Empyrean Brain Mines 10 + Psybolt Ammunition 5) + Digital Weapons 5

1 Grey Knight Strike Squad
1 Justicar, 30 pts = (base cost 20 + Nemesis Falchions 10)
1 Grey Knight, 20 pts
1 Grey Knight, 20 pts
1 Grey Knight, 20 pts

Or with Terminators:
1 Grey Knight Terminator Squad
1 Terminator Justicar, 45 pts = (base cost 40 + Master-craft Nemesis Weapon(s) 5)
1 Terminator, 45 pts = (base cost 40 + Nemesis Falchions 5)

you should NOT buy digital weapons for a brotherhood champion, they already get to re-roll wounds... Very Happy

im just going simple hq: wolf priest, runic armour, combi weapon and 90 points troop choice 5 blood claws flamer, power weapon

Digital weapons is reroll to hit. Champion already gets reroll to hit on first turn of combat (due to their special rule), but digital weapons lets you reroll once to hit but every assault phase.

Anyway, I just bought all the upgrades, just because I can... Very Happy

no, digital weapons is a single dice re-roll to wound, master-crafted gives a single re-roll to hit. Very Happy
