30th of March, NO COMP!!! 1200 points per person, allied rules from the BRB pages 136-139!
I know we don't play much fantasy that often, but it would be nice to have some bodies from BRGA to make sure we have a laugh
I'm also looking for an ally, I'll take either High Elves or Skaven/Vampires

Most enjoyable day playing fantasy till my eyes bled! Thanks to Ben my mis match of a partner, we gave em hell (pit) ha ha. Good games all round with very different results!

it was a good tournament, I personally had a lot of fun apart from some questions in regards to Aaron's army list. Were you using percentages from the big rulebook or using the army set out from the High elves army book? If you were using the latter then your army is illegal, you have to use the percentages from the rulebook.

Used the old rules but fits with new rules aswell
25% core ect only diffrence being would have taken a higher levelmage instead of two smaller ones id I realised I could!!! So yeah all legal and thanks again.

Thanks to all who participated in the tourney, WWG and BRGA, the whole thing seemed to run very well and in a competitive, but friendly, atmosphere.
Gratz to Sam/Adam monstrous Ogre/Ogre army. I had to laugh at the fact that, whilst nothing could actually stop it, a single unit of Morgan's mournfang rode through half your army in round three!
Commiserations have to go to Ben/Chris, several of the results came down to the painting and, whilst Chris' Dark Elves were excellently modelled and painted, Ben's Skaven just weren't (all those unpainted skaven slaves)
As for the Club Cup, as both clubs entered two teams, the final scores were WWG 78, BRGA 75. It simply couldn't have been closer, and again it really all came down to whose armies were more painted as the actual game scores were a draw on 50 TP each!
