That is the idea really with 2 tables back to back and interacting and in affect allowing a 3 way game depending on the forces use.

That said we don’t seem to be getting the interest required to make this worthwhile Sad

So the amount of people we have now should be enough Alex you will have to let me know as soon as possible what day if any we are doing like I said I can only do 5th or 19th as those my weekends off and I'm not allowed to book a holiday in July. Also I think the city defence idea is brilliant and if it's necrons on one side then I will have to take a goblin trash load of crons I'll ask Alfie if he is happy to spare a few of his Necron units to bolster mine.

Ok chaps so a little update on the apoc day

Check last night and there are no Sundays free at the Newtown. Also it won’t start before 12:00 and we need around £145 for the room but we get £75 back if nothing is damaged so not good really.

but Jim has said he can see about using the school he works at so there is hope. Smile

I also spent a lot of time running around last night harassing people to vote on the forum……. I don’t really want to have to do that but if we want something to happen it looks like I have to badger people to pull a finger out.

Looks like the school will let us have a room for free, loads of tables, loads of space and free tea and coffee! It seems like the 12th is proving popular and Mrs Jim says I can have the day out to do whatever it is I get up to. I will get official written approval from the school next week so would really appreciate it if you guys can vote and choose a date. Just need to figure out getting game boards to school, but I might have enough old projector screens that could be joined into one giant battle mat. Venue will be chi high for girls

If you are planning on coming to the Apocalypse day then please can you post the following information

1) Who you are (real name to please) !

2) If you are all day or part day !

3) Number of points and number of super heavy units. !

If you don’t supply this information then I will not be able to integrate you in the grand plan and you might not be able to take part.

Sorry to those who cannot take part this year but hope to do this each year Smile

I have updated some bits on the first post and highlighted them in red so they stand out.

Also I could probably pick up someone, but it depends on the location, since my dad'd rather not "run about all over the place", to quote his wording.

As for pickup we will all try and meet in somewhere in Bognor and head over at the same time I think as like you say we don't want to be running around everywhere. Smile

I don’t have a problem with a couple of people from outside club joining in. can you post there points and factions on here as well as if they will be taking part all day or just part of it.

I need to talk to Jim about a few bits before I can plan out the last few bits but things are looking hopeful.

But please people can you start to post your points on here and if you can make it for the day so I can plan things out with who is on who’s side and such.

Ok so the plan is. (and this is a very basic plan and depended on people getting there bottoms in gear)

8:00 meet outside the Newtown

9:00 get to the school and start setup.

10:00 get the game rolling (round 1)

12:30 first brake (for lunch)

1:30 round 2

3:30 second brake(just a quick one)

4:00 round 3

6.30 brake for dinner

7:30 round 4

9:30 end game.

i have put this on the first post as well.
if you see any problems with this then let me know.
also if you are not an all day player please let me knwo what brake you think you will be able to join in on.

I am sorry to say there is a very high chance i will not be able to make it as this is the week around my birth day, so will be very busy going places and seeing people. I do how ever have a shadow sword and a baneblade to lend if people want to use them, let me know in advanced so i can dig them out if you want to use them. Im not on here much so let me know at club, whatsapp or text me if you have my number. Would hate to see them miss out on the spilling of heretic blood Razz
